logistics, and sustainability of the conference and include conference meals
and refreshments.

Scholarships and Fee Waivers
A limited number of full or partial registration fee waivers are available for eligible participants, including:
- GeoHealth Hub (GeoHub) staff and supported participants
- GC3 program participants
- Students and participants from LMICs, particularly those with accepted abstracts or posters
- Participants demonstrating financial need
All waiver requests are subject to availability and approval by the Organizing Committee.
Poster Presenters
- All oral and poster presenters must complete conference registration.
- Poster presenters may apply for a fee waiver or scholarship if eligible.
- Accepted posters are considered part of the official scientific program.
